C O N D I T I O N S - - - Please read these instructions carefully
1. ONLY Original Fine Art; Oils; Acrylics; Watercolors; Prints; Mixed Media;
Sculpture; Pottery; Stained Glass; Photographic Works; Wood Carvings; Assemblage;
Collage work; anything original & handmade by the applicant only. NO Kits;
NO Dealers. One (1) photograph of your display and three (3) photos of artwork
must accompany
your
application. Please include your name, address and phone number on each photo,
and a SASE. These photos will be kept on file and will not be returned until
the day of the show. A tent is strongly suggested, as this is a Rain or Shine
event. You must have a NYS Resale ID# with you.
2. Pre-Registration ONLY. If you decide to show work other than the works in
your accepted photos and it doesn't meet the judging standards, you will be
asked to remove the unacceptable work or leave without a refund!!!
3. Date: Saturday & Sunday, June 28th & 29th, 2008. (Rain or Shine)
4. Show Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS. All artists MUST remain
until close of show.
5. Registration Fees are for a 10'X10' space for $110 for both days. This is
a two-day event. Only ONE ARTISAN per booth.
6. Deadline: May 1st, 2008 for registration. Limited Space--Apply by November
30th, 2008 for $95 fee. All applications after Nov. 30th, 2007 will be $110
for the two (2) days. No Refunds for cancellations after May 1st, 2008.
7. This is a Rain or Shine Event: Each artist must supply his or her own display,
tables, and tent. Rain & Sun protection advisable. Tie downs are suggested
in case of gusting winds.
8. Set up begins at 7:00 AM. Each artist is responsible for setting up his or
her own display. All artists must be set up by 9:00 AM. Please unload your vehicles
and move them to the designated parking area in the rear of the bank. All driveways
must be cleared for bank traffic by 9:00 AM.
9. Bathroom facilities will be available both days on the Show site. Overnight
security will be provided for tents.
10. Notification of Acceptance: Confirmation of acceptance will be mailed or
e-mailed & will indicate location # of reserved space.

12. Make Checks Payable to the Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce. Enclose Registration
Fee and photos with this form and mail to HBC of C Arts & Crafts Show, 140
W. Main St., Suite #1, Hampton Bays, NY, 11946. Spaces will be assigned in the
order the registration forms are received. ALL DECISIONS OF THE SHOW COMMITTEE
ARE FINAL.
